to qualify!
We are pleased to announce that the Houston Electrical League will award
five (5) $ 1,000.00 student scholarships at the
General Meeting Luncheon being held Spring 2007, as part of our H.E.L.
Member Scholarship Program.

Rule 3 of the Qualifications now reads.
Applicant must have completed 30 hours as an undergraduate at a
college, university or trade school.

At the general meetings, the Houston Electrical League will select these
scholarships by public drawing.. The
scholarships go to recipients who have qualified
according to the stipulations on the
application rules sheet. Funds may be used at any accredited college,
university or trade school by a member's undergraduate son or daughter.
Only one application per student per semester will be accepted: however,
there is no limit on the number of applications per family.
The application deadline for the Spring 2007 Scholarship Program is March
16th, 2007, again this year, we will be accepting on-line
applications only. Once the announcement is made, the On-Line application
form will be available...
